Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bitch Boxes. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for returning your item(s):

- The gift box or item must be in its original condition and unused.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at: customerservice@bitchboxes.net to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure the package is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), or gift box and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
